A beach house for your island sims! Built on 2 Shark Bay in Isla Paradiso, right next to the Ojeda household. Should look good on any island world, as long as you place it on a seaside lot.

It comes with cc furniture (5 chairs and 1 bench, please see pictures) made by Lisen801. If you don't like it, there's base game items that will look just as good.

Important notice: When I placed the house on the same lot in a new save, the boat was floating above the house. I'm not sure what caused this but it can be easily fixed by clicking on the boat and placing it back on the mooring post.
