Garage
That's right, Dear Simmers!
It's our favourite cursed house, now adapted for The Sims 3!
Now, this is not a 1-to-1 copy of the original house.
For starters, I had to work of the screenshots and publicly available information to make this. Hence the lot being bigger than the original, actually, because the wiki had wrong info. And I wasn't able to find out which grave belonged to whom, so the plaques are assigned at random.
Secondly, there are differences between what is possible in TS2 and TS3. So yeah, I put in the basement using the basement tool and not the old hole-in-the-ground method because it's more convenient. Or the differences in placement of columns or the fact that the garage door have different widths between those two games, which necessitated some changes.
That being said, I think the house turned out pretty great!
Custom Content
I used the Traditional Piano by armiel since it matches what was used in the original house. I just don't think the keyboard would fit the vibes of this place.
If you want to add the statue of Grey Woman of SimCity, here is the conversion made by TheJim07. Just be warned the polygon count is very high.

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

by Raven-6-10 12th Aug 2025 at 2:38pm
Hi guys! I was so annoyed when none of apartments shipped with Late Night fit in Sunlit Tides. Not in lot size and certainly not in style. So I decided to make my own! more...
