More expensive Influence Point cost for NAP voting!

Only took 5 years for someone to finally make a mod for this.
I looked everywhere on Google and couldn’t find a single mod that increased the cost of NAP's so I decided to make one myself!

This small tuning mod fixes the unbalanced influence system that EA left us with, where Sims earn points for doing practically anything. The influence point cost of NAP's has been increased from 10 to 50, so now you actually have to plan out where to spend those hundreds of points instead of always guaranteeing your vote wins.

I’ve kept the repeal cost at the original 10 influence points (I’m not that mean), but if anyone wants different variants, I’m open to making them too.

(Please let me know if there are any issues or conflicts — though this mod shouldn’t have any unless EA changes the tuning for N.A.P. voting costs.)
