Hi simmers! This is a city corner store style grocery inspired by NY buildings. It features a fenced in smoke break area, a fire escape, breakroom for employees and rec area! This is a flat lot. NO CC.

NOTE: The dumpster and bus stop you see in the pictures can only be placed while in the neighborhood and will not be included in the download. You can however replicate what I've done here if you would like.
