No More Illness/Ailment Rashes (GTW & EBN)

Tired of your sims randomly breaking out into weird, swirly rashes? Me too, so here are some tuning mods for players like me who are sick of their sims being/looking sick!

There are a couple different files:
NoVisibleIllnesses: Requires Get To Work. Removes the rashes/physical symptoms that come with the Get To Work illnesses. Sims will still be able to get sick and have any and all moodlets associated with that sickness, but their skin appearance won't be affected.

NoIllness: Requires Get To Work. Completely removes Get To Work illnesses by instantly curing any sims who contract them.

NoVisibleAilments: Requires Enchanted By Nature. Removes the rashes/physical symptoms that come with the ailments from Enchanted By Nature. Sims will still be able to contract ailments and have any and all moodlets associated with the ailment, but their skin appearance won't be affected.

Note: You can turn off ailments entirely in your game settings.

IMPORTANT
NoVisibleIllnesses and NoIllness do not conflict with each other except in terms of common sense -- if you have no illnesses, you won't have any visible illnesses and therefore won't need to remove visible illnesses. For the sake of keeping your mods folder tidy, you only need one of these files!
