I always thought that little house in the Spice District felt so out of place, so I finally swapped it out for something that makes a bit more sense: a 4-in-1 multi-venue plaza.

Right now, it’s set as a Restaurant, but each space is fully functional and easy to switch between lot types depending on what you want for your game.

If you want NPCs actually working in all four spots at once, I highly recommend using Little Ms Sam’s Auto Employees or Kuttoe’s NPCs Everywhere to make it feel alive.

And despite what it says, it really uses only 5 packs:
Base Game, Get Together, Get to Work, City Living, and Dine Out.
If you have those, it’ll appear exactly as seen.
