So I'm currently playing the New Beginning of Pleasantview combined with a decades challenge, so I'm remodeling some of the original Pleasantview lots to better fit the time period and current families. This is what I did for 290 Main Street and I though I might share it.

Since my game started in the 1910s and is now in the 1930s, I got rid of the arcade machines and other modern technology. Instead now the lot contains 4 businesses: a grocery store, a clothing store, a hair salon and a cafe.

Also, the Goths are the only family that owns a car for now, so I demolished the huge parking lot keeping one parking space (I recommend using this mod) and putting a roller rink. In the future, when the neighborhood is more populated and more people have their vehicles the parking lot will be built, but for now they can enjoy more outside activities.

Oh, and the restrooms were transformed to individual toilet rooms. I just prefer it that way.
