A 2x2 starter home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom based on an old house plan (I think from the 40s).

I have given it a few starter furnishings (beds, kitchen, toilet, shower, phone) but left most of it empty. It costs ยง15,134, so your sims will have more than enough simoleons left over to furnish it further.
