Hey friends!!
I built this community lot specifically with the idea for a perfect money making business for one of my sims and thought I would love to share it with you guys!

This is a large lot and you will need the ultimate collection for this lot.

I used "moveojectson" and "boolprop allow45angleofrotation" to place the furniture in cool ways so if you end up wanting to move the furniture around you might want to turn those on! )

I hope you like it and your sims do too!
