Welcome to 1 Lakeshore Place - the luxurious mountain retreat your sims have always dreamed of escaping too! This is not your grandma's mountain cabin. This is your grandma's mountain palace. Welcome to this 7 bedroom, 6 bath pine forest retreat complete with outdoor hot springs, indoor pool, jet spas, billiard's room, sauna, and mountain stream.

The estate occupies a massive parcel of hilly land (caution: the lot is NOT flat and will impact adjacent properties dramatically depending on how it is situated) in the mountains. Enter via a winding stone path which traverses over the mountain stream and past the daylight basement to the main floor deck and front door. On the main floor find a large chef's kitchen, dining rooms to seat 20+, multiple sitting rooms and studies with large rock fireplaces, wet bar, and piano.

Hidden rear staircases rise to the main sleeping floor with 4 queen bedrooms - 2 with en suite full baths. A large balcony looks down on the entrance area below. Rising further still you will find a smaller double twin bedroom, full bath, game alcove, and the master suite (complete with luxury bathroom and walk-in-closet). Large panoramic glass windows rise the full face of the house which looks out over the beautiful valley below.

The daylight basement contains the indoor pool, sauna, game room, and bunkhouse. In total the property can sleep 17 comfortably.

This lot does make sparing use of CC. None is necessary for the lot to function but appearances may vary dramatically (particularly the log cabin siding and various rugs) if not downloaded/used.
