No Servo Nanny/No Servo Meals

Servos have an annoying tendency to cook obsessively, during testing I found that my servo would error before actually finishing some meals (even in an unmodded game). Interestingly, cooking is not actually one of their designated chores. The obsessive cooking is a symptom of their nanny duties. Yes even when there are no kids present on the lot they will insist on cooking.

This mod removes the nanny duties from the autonomous "do chores" interaction and as a result ban them from cooking autonomously. Servo's will continue to repair, clean and garden to their hearts content. I also took the liberty of improving the "do chores" interaction so that it doesn't fail 9 times out of 10 and servos will now actually do repairs and garden.
