Will your Sims be able to keep up with the Jones' at number 1 Sim Lane? The Jones are proud of their bathroom; but with some items being from the cheapest range, their rival neighbors might outdo them!

Please note
I have attempted to re-create The Sims items as best I can and appreciate the 'Andersonville' Pedestal Sink is not exactly like the original in The Sims but I hope you will still like it.

Should you prefer a proper medicine cabinet please use the medicine cabinet that comes with the Apartment Life Expansion Pack located in Decorative/Miscellaneous.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
