Perfect to place in your neighborhood for local shopping, and magical shenanigans. First pack lot I'll start making for Sunset Valley.

Recommended Location
I built this on a 20x15 lot in Sim Lane in Sunset Valley, next to the Sekemoto household. Feel free to place it wherever you like, but I feel like that was the perfect spot for it!
