After a few requests for a house that could hold more than a tiny family, I decided to make a decent sized house. Easy Living was inspired by the architect Cynthia Leif. You may have heard of her - or seen her houses.

House facts:
Lot size: 3x4
Floors: 2
Simoleons: 117 000 ยง

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/diningroom open solution. Livingroom, TV-room and another livingroom. An office, balcony and and a carport.

Not overfurnished, no swimmingpool, not oversized, no fancy extras. But still - easy to handle and very modern. Hope you like it
