This was requested by a couple people in the live chat.
To keep the file small, it doesn't come with a family and uses only Maxis stuff.
It is unfurnished except for exterior lights. It costs ~45,000 as is.
I'm not sure what is University and what isn't. If you don't have University, some floors and wallpapers might not be right.

Edit #1: Okay the more I look at the picture the more I hate that exterior. So I packed up my green stone wall I originally used before the all Maxis conversion and am including that file here for those who want it. Note that the pictures displaying the green stone exterior are of my actual selfSim's house and not the all-Maxis one, so there is no cowplant in there, the exterior doors aren't white, etc.
