The hair is available only for men from ages teen-elder. It does not require an EP.
I've also decided to add my Jesse McCartney sim here for download as well, since it was requested.

UPDATE
For those of you who have been having a "line" problem I placed a replacement mesh here to fix it. Since I worked on the same file all you'll need to do is place it in your downloads folder and let it overwrite the previous one.
