This 4x4, 7 story community lot is loosely based on the Ottawa casino (or at least the part of it that was visible in the one picture I found of it). It houses a hotel suite, 3 stores, gym, arcade, restaurant with live band and lots more. All custom content by me. It does require University.

Sorry about graphics quality. Videocard can't do better.
