This is the townhome I'm submitting to MTS2 for approval. Following is the text of the readme file included in the .rar:

Hi, thank you for downloading my townhome. All I ask is that you don't upload this template file as your own, to The Sims 2 Exchange, MTS2, or any other site. However, if you put your personal stamp on it, I have no problems with you uploading your version of the townhome anywhere you like.

*Requires: The Sims 2, University, Nightlife.

*No custom content. Everything comes from Maxis.

*Clean --- scanned with Clean Installer.

Built on a Medium Lot (4x3), this house costs 89, 996 simoleons. The main house has 3 stories and has parking space for 2 cars. Although I originally made this for couples without children, I left the rest of the spacious lot empty so that there'd be room for expansion.

To the left of the parking space (as you're looking at the lot head on) there is a small, one-story "shrine." It can be used to either house a cow-plant or a stylish outdoor washroom.

First Floor: 1 outdoor room made using the half walls that came with the Nightlife ep, a roomy hallway, living room. The kitchen is located at the rear of the house. Small bathroom included.

Second Floor: The landing is another room in and of itself and in my game, I'm currently using this as the poker room. There is a balcony with sectioned seats for sims who love to smooch beneath the stars.

Adjacent to the landing is the bedroom, decorated in deep crimson. There is a bathroom as well.

Third Floor: I call this the loft. It can be used for either for parties or as a music/workout/art studio. Or, it can be converted into a small "apartment." Either way, there's lots of space.
