It's the poster that is mentioned in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on page 113 in the british edition, and on page 116 in the american edition (thanks vampy_bites

). I thought it was hilarious, and kindhearted as I am I thought that my sims should get a good laugh too, so here it is!
