He is Krizalid the boss of KOF 99'
I re made him again, since I hate my first krizalid, I used more references for the details. and I made a new skin/genetics for him (in realistic skin style).
The clotes are in two pieces, and can be used separately.
all the textures in this package is made by me, using maxis original meshes.
