Starting at the basement and working up, we'll begin at the pool, an underground inclosed pool with a room ajoining that can be used for billiards, a pool room, dance room, or just a utility room. Up to the first floor and you'll see the floor plan that boasts the joining of the Living room and Dining Room together as two staples of everyday family life. The bathroom and 1st kitchen enterance are hidden by two small walls that go out diagonally and stop before connecting to leave an open walkway between both the Living and Dining rooms. The kitchen has ample room for all the needed amenities. The bathroom on this floor is tiled and offers enough room for all the normal bathroom appliances. The second floor has an entryway with 3 arches to give you that grand feeling. Once through youll see a room that can be used as a sitting room or a place for tv. The bedrooms along the wall offer plenty of space and the bathroom once again has ample room. There's a bonus room for an office or an extra bedroom. And this floor also leads out to a deck that can be used for extra seating or just for fun. The final floor is for the Master bedroom and Master bath. After loosing one computer to overheating and obseletion its been a while since ive had a chance to make a house. But now that i have a new system up and plenty of disc space to make as much custom content as i'd like, im going to start building houses again. I've been sick these past few days so i had the time to make this house. I kinda thought about my other house the New Yorker when i was making this one, but i wanted to make a house with many nooks and cranies so that way people who had many sims like children and elders to take care of could do it in relitave comfort without spending $100,000 or more simoleans on a house. This house is unfirnished but wallpapered and floored, the grounds are lightly decorated with a few plants.
