The download includes this playful special occasion underwear set for the following sizes;

34a natural 34hip
34b default 36hip
36d natural 36hip
36 enhanced 36hip
38dd enhanced 38hip

You’ll obviously need to download the respective meshes from Warlokk.

And for those that see the similarities, yes my inspiration is from Paf's 'Ice Queen' which can be found on this thread, and who kindly had no objection to me using the texture file for this upload.
