This house was inspired by Targa's 2 tile wooden stairs. I liked them so much I wanted to make a house with a loft bedroom. This is the result. Perfect for the bachelor/bachelorette but there's also room to grow for small families too.

1x3 Lot, so NL is required

Furniture is for illustration only. It's empty and ready to decorate. Game tested. It's hack free and scanned with Clean Installer. You will need the following meshes:
