Just found this on Snooty Sims. Open up the cheat console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C and type this: floatProp tvVolume [0.0-1.0] (Do not put in the brackets around the number.) 0.5 default 0.0 is no tv-sound 1.0 is loud If you want to lower the sound, choose 0.3 Hope this helps!
