So I really don't have any problems with it. It seems though that simPE makes my game stop working! If I use simPE my game opens up to a black screen and I am forced to un/re install everything. This started the same day I installed Freetime? Whatever ep came after Bon Voyage (which I refuse to install). So I am thinking that it has something to do with the new anti piracy program. I am dying to get some sims uploaded, but can't when simPE ruins my game.

I am thinking about creating a new user on my computer and installing the base game plus simPE and then install a packaged lot into the base game using clean pack installer and then extract the sim into bodyshop. I have to find out if that would work. Hopefully I can get a new sim up by Christmas.

Thanks, but I havn't tried Simpe since Apartment Life, but I donwloaded the correct version for Freetime and it did this. I am kinda afraid to use it on Apartment Life. I really don't feel like having to re install and then loading all my back up games.

This doesn't sound like a SecuROM problem to me.

Are you using the correct version of SimPE? If your version is too old and doesn't support FreeTime, then that would explain your problems. Try downloading the most recent version instead.
