I intend to keep my Sims content up as-is. My personal blogs are being updated as I have the time. Any of my packs without a handbook will get one. They will vary in size and complexity. But as of today, I'm done making mods for Sims games.
My current gaming interests are in the House Flipper franchise. However, I don't plan to spend much time there either. I'm consolidating my work as best I can.
For actual times I need floor plans, I'm planning to learn SweetHome 3D. Otherwise, most of my other previs needs for my work are now being met by Krea, Grok, and Sora. Music scenarios can be addressed through these and through MusicHero.
Sims has been a wild ride; but it was only a vehicle for my greater project. And vehicles only last so long. So here I am. Finally, I can begin to sunset a 20-year journey, as I take my project forward - and hopefully, into something with a future and a revenue stream.
The archives will remain up, however, for those wishing for the nostalgic Sims versions of the worlds I've been building. You don't have to feel abandoned. I just won't be moving that version of the Megaverse forward any longer.
