I don't understand. How does this require every expansion/stuff pack?

There is always room for another starterhouse in my neighborhoods, especially if they have No Custom Content, thank you for sharing.

it's like that because I have all the games but you really only need sims 2

If this is the case, you should only mark the Expansions and Stuff Packs that the lot requires to play, in this case you should'nt have to mark any since your lot only requires Sims 2. You can use the Sims 2 Clean Installer to help you find out what Expansions and Stuff packs are required.
