Hmmm... maybe kind of Katy_76 prison stuff (I have all PC cc) combined/mixed with Simlogical Prison cc? If it can be updated why not mix/combine it with Simlogical's prison cc.

NPC functions are new to me, so adapting them will have to wait for months, I'm afraid.

I'm eying spawning a maid instead of a waiter for SuperComm Buffets. For gardening, honestly, I prefer Sims 1 way how nothing breaks down nor has to be seriously gardened on community lots, and that includes hotels... I mean, SimWardrobe made a mod that allows hotel bellhop to double-duty as a repairman, but he shouldn't have to in the first place! The same goes for when those shrubs, bushes and flower plots need to be tended on a hotel, and if there's a lot of them, the maid will be kept unreasonably busy!

Might be good to ask Nopke to include variants that disable shrubs and flowers from needing to be tended on community lots and hotels.

We used to have flower arranging, baking and dancing contests at our fair in my former home town

The potions and their effects were fun too.

There were chairs (pretty comfortable) and among other things, a 'legal typewriter' that improved your creativity, a judge's podium that pronounced sentence and lawyer's podiums that allowed a defense attorney to 'defend' their client, a book case that taught you logic/law.

Although I'd get (and did) download the whole caboodle. It's hard to find some of the older stuff now, even if it needs to be updated.

Sims Graveyard can be pretty helpful. Back to LEGAL (Katy_76 cc stuff) set - can it be updated, edited a bit? Katy_76 whole cc stuff - and I mean everything done by Katy_76 - is epic.

She is retired? Go for it

If I had time and proper computer, I would do it.

Maybe it wasn't updated for later expansions and that's why it throws errors.

I do believe that is the case-I think she only had up to a certain EP (don't know which one) and then she retired.

So if someone wants to update the set, I'm sure she won't care.

The original dates on the files are about 2006, 2007, if that means anything.

So... its likely before Free Time and Apartment Life.

Not sure if it has been mentioned (I haven't read this thread) but I would love more board games. Especially sim versions of modern games like Catan, Pandemic, Wingspan etc.
I was playing the Romm-Cadler family, and they have a special relationship with mahjong. They bought the table back from their first vacation and now play the game all the time with their daughter, host game nights with friends, and teach it to everyone who visits. Her daughter has taught it to her own friends. It's such a nice little detail about them, and I have so much fun watching their little obsession. Would be so fun to have something similar for other families but to have a variety to pick from. Like, ocean themed game for Barthalets, something craft related for Alice McCallister, a quick racing game for the Warren children and so on.

I think other board games exist... they're most likely recolors of table top games that exist in TS2, since that'd be the easiest way to go about it. Might not look exactly right with the animations, but creating new anims is a lot harder. I wish I could remember where I've seen them, but unfortunately I am at a loss. Maybe a WCIF post would be helpful. It wasn't Crisps&Kerosene who has some board games was it? AtS, perhaps? ...but those might just be deco.

If i come across it again, I'll let you know.

Google is a bit of a loose cannon. Sometimes you get close to what you need, other times it misses the target by 180 degrees.

In theory should be able to add -"sims 4" to your google query and it should exclude Sims 4 content. However, I've noticed it doesn't always work anymore, for some reason.

If you do -sims 4, Google seems to think it's "-sims".
"-TS4" (and -TS3) kinda works, but you still get some results for TS4 (and TS3), probably because everyone use different variations of these, especially in tags. Sometimes it just depends what you're searching for, and which search words work for the items you're after.

If you think the item can be found a spesific place, or want to limit searches to there, adding the site to the search can also be helpful, for instance "site:tumblr.com"
