Default Do you know why Heroes stopped filming?
I believe it was because of the Beth Cooper movie with Hayden Panettiere who plays Claire Bennett. Does anyone else think they know why? I heard it starts up again in September for the United States! :D

You're probably right. Also, NBC is uncertain how long they're willing to renew the show after Volume 5. It'd be quite a stretch. However, there's enough material on the graphic novel side they could spin off into DOZENS of tie-in media and merchandising. The phenomenon as a whole no longer needs the show to survive, so Kring and company have options if NBC decides not to renew for a Volume 6.
