Default Lot Compressor
This is the to-do list for the LotCompressor.

- Remove unused terrain paints.
- Remove unused levels.
- Remove unused Sim Relations (SREL). *
- Remove unused Sim DNA (SDNA). *
- Remove unused Sim Scores (SCOR). *
- Add an option to compress several or all lots in the Lot catalog at once
- Compress lot packages inside of a Sims2Pack.

* Must ensure that this is safe; that these records are never used when they are inside of the lot package.
