assuming such a mod is possible, a mod that automatically places a burglar alarm in the player's house. i've had so many times where a burglar broke in and stole stuff and got away because i almost always forget to place an alarm when moving houses.

I really wish there was a mod where you could edit a whole household that is inside the family bin and add it all in the CAS menu and edit it all from there without having to put the family inside the world and edit everything from there. Something similar, if not the same, to the CAS of The Sims 4

A mod that fixes the LTW to learn all recipes so it requires all recipes from the expansion packs, not just any 28.

A mod to expand the information in the collecting skill journal. It tells you what percentage of things in a category you've collected, but not which ones - so if you're trying to get all the butterflies, you don't know which one to look for.

Edit: wait, I'm a fool. There's a collection journal on the inventory tab separate from the skill journal that does have this information - either that, or a mod I already have added it. Guessing clean UI or nraas.

A working version of a fire suppression system would be nice too.

Technically you can use Move Objects On to place a sprinkler between the walls, and if a fire activates the sprinklers will activate, but then the sims usually try to play with the dumb thing and yell at the walls....

i wish there was a mod that changes and enhances the fortune teller interactions. i like to play supernatural themes, and i love mysticism. when i get my fortune read, instead of being scammed i would rather be told some fortunes even if they wouldn't come true it still adds something interesting and more positive to the game. it would be awesome if there could be fortunes that could come true though, like lets say im told that my partner breaks up with me tomorrow, or a meteor falls from the sky tomorrow and it makes the interaction possibly happen next day. that would be awesome. or if you could get an astrology reading done since we have zodiac signs. a general reading, career reading, love reading, health reading. oh i would loveee that. it could even tell u if ur out of household partner is cheating! and maybe the career reading could recommend u other jobs that work better with ur sims traits. and also if u could get cleansed of negative buffs, or some protection buffs, luck buffs etc.

I wish there's a mod that updates Artistic trait to include instruments from EPs and Store. It seems EAxis forgot to do this.

A mod to let Sims sculpt portraits in mediums other than ice. I'd love to have stone or clay sculptures of my sims to display.

A mod that makes the wish to become girlfriend/boyfriend with other sims show correctly. You can only get this wish now if your sim has the Heartbreaker lifetime wish.

Also, a mod that allows you to break up peacefully instead of with arm waving and shouting...

I keep posting in this thread, but I've just recently come back to the game and it's reminding me of all these ideas.

1. Imaginary friend overhaul. Maybe some of these exist already, but my ideal mod would:

• prevent IFs from barging into the bathroom
• randomize IF faces so they aren't all Face 1
• give IFs one of the rainbow skintones
• make the chemistry potion require a rainbow gem or cost more to make

2. Harsher negative life events. I've tried some different mods along these lines, but what I want is one that only adjusts values for major life events (not generally harder to please Sims). So they can generally be happy, but a death, firing, or breakup should have their moods in the red.

3. "Storage mode" for plumbots and simbots. I had built a couple plumbots to help with raising children, but now that they're grown, the plumbots are more annoying than helpful. I wish you could have them switch to a mode that would turn them into objects. Sort of like how the imaginary friends can turn back into the inanimate dolls if you tell them to go away.
