origin not loading. System is win10. Task manager keeps tring to run origin (32) but it does not load onto monitor. origin was recently dl'ed so I believe I have the latest version. Id's as OriginLite(32). my system tho is a 64. Does that matter?

processor=intel(r)core(tm) i5-8400t cpu @1.70ghz
ram=12.0gb(11.8)
graphics -- all i could find is- intel(r) uhd graphics 630

also, is it possible that trend micro security agent could be blocking the origin from loading? it is a system loaded on my computer by my employer. other than d/l'ing the latest version of origin it is the only change made in the last week-10days.

Can anyone help with this?

I have the same problem with origin. Usually either origin needs updating, the sims needs updating, or windows needs updating.
