You kinda answered your own question. The mods are causing your game to crash.
You need to make sure if you installed them properly and if every mod is compatible with the game.
Also, some mods clash with each other.

You need to take them out, maybe put them in one by one to see which one is causing the issue?
If you have a lot of mods then keep dividing them in groups to see which one contains the corrupted mod.
Keep narrowming it down until you find the problematic one.
