Castaway settings
This may sound as WEIRD question...but I wonder is CASTAWAY settings LATIN AMERICA or AFRICAN based.

I doubt it is either of those since it has orangutans. Orangutans are found only in the rain forests of the Southeast Asian islands of Borneo and Sumatra.

Yeah I'd say its a made-up place. It wasn't really until Sims 4 when places in the Sim world tried to be representations of specific real-world locations.
