This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Flushed fencing w/ elevated land
I don't know if this is possible but if it is I know someone here can tell me!

I am trying to build a new house but I wanted to use the concept with the land being flushed against the fence but elevated... If that makes any sense?

The included photo is the best representation since I am not sure what or how to label this idea.

I got close but not exact (I'm not the best builder so someone might do a closer version) . The easiest way I found was to raise the ground so that a staircase on a foundation would be level to the sidewalk, then place a foundation over the uneven grass. I forgot to make the stairs set back like in the photo but that it possible. However that lead to a couple complications.

First, you can't build foundations along the lot's edge, which means you have a space of flat surrounding the property on the sides and back, and a couple in the front in front so you can get the stairs in. That's not so bad if you have Pets and haven't disabled wild horses, deer, racoons, etc. (which NRAAS's Register can do) so they don't get stuck inside the foundation.

Second, the fence will have to be at the front or back of the foundation (I'd love to be able to center a fence or wall in a tile).

The main problem is that the Sims always wants to take into account space for a platform/flooring meaning that there's this annoying 1 foot drop that keeps the lawn from being fully flushed. With a good amount of plants, it covers it pretty well but the drop will be there.

Yeah the drop is what's killing me! The only way I've been able to flush it right against it is by using the hill tool to massively raise the ground but as soon as its leveled back out that drop is still there
