Default Sorting Inbox to other Folders
I have been meaning to ask this for some time, but how do I move a pm in my inbox to other folders I have created?
I have created 2 new folders so far and thought by ticking the little box on the left side and going to the new folder, it would move there but nothing is happening.

Hope you can steer me to the correct way to do this.

Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

Okay so once you have created a folder, you have to tick the tickbox on the right hand side of any messages you want to move. Then scroll ALL the way down to the bottom, with the dropdown that says "Selected Messages" then in the dropdown select "Move to folder...". Click OK. Then from the Next screen select the folder, and click Move Items. The PMs will then be moved from your inbox into the new folder.

Hope this helps!

No probs. To be honest the system is kind of clunky so I think it might be worth having it on the individual PM screen so that you can move entire conversations to a folder.
