Neither one worked unfortunately. :/ Comes up with "Hrm. The Wayback Machine has not archived that URL."

Taking the address into a new page gets "Sorry, we couldn't find that file. Either you've clicked a broken link, or the creator has deleted the file."

I would say they deleted the download.
