This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Window Glitch
So, I'm having a very strange graphical glitch with one particular window, the "Independent Expressions Inc. "Showcase" Shop Window". The problem seems to only manifest with this window, and only when loading a lot - deleting and rebuying the window resolves it.

Looks like something you downloaded is causing problems with the window. Most likely culprits would be Windows/ door CC, but you could do a 50/50 to find the problem quickly.
