Default WCIF - Maxis Bathtubs reversed? Mirrored? Flipped the other way
When building bathrooms, you can have the toilet and sink in line with the bathtub. If the toilet is on the side of the tub that the faucet is on, the tub can't function. If the toilet is on the other side, it does work.

I'm surprised I haven't been able to find something that just... reverses/flips/mirrors the bathtubs so they face the other direction? It might just be because I'm missing the right word to describe reversing this.

You can change which way the bathtub is oriented by holding down the mouse button and dragging while placing it. I'm not sure what CC you would be looking for, here? Are you just looking for a showertub that has the wall on the left side?

I don't know, maybe i haven't played sims enough since i got it in 2004, but I don't think the sims can use the bathtub like this.

Yes, I'm looking for the faucet to be on the other side of the tub.

Not what you're asking for, but in case it's useful: if you put the toilet on a walk through block, the tub in your top picture will work.

So yes, you are looking for a showertub with the wall on the other side.

Which side the faucet is on is based on how you rotate the tub.

Can't say I've ever seen one. I'd think it's possible to do, but it's not just a simple mesh edit - it's a whole project that requires a lot of know-how.

Unless it's meant to be purely aesthetic (and work like the original one), a mirrored tub/shower would also need the access points, effects (water in the faucet), morphs (water, shower curtain?), and animations (sims and object) to be mirrored (animations can be mirrored without remaking them, but coupled animations with "touching points" to another sim/animal can potentially cause issues).

It's one of the cases where it's easier to fix the outlay of the room than making the item (Place the items and the door in an outlay where they work, make the room bigger, or use either a shower or regular bathtub).

Sims always enter the tub on that side. But for the shower part, maybe this can help so you can make your own shower
