Did you change or delete anything at any point while extracting? Or move files away from the install folder?
Did you extract just from basegame, or from EPs too?
Can you check your install folders to see if all the files are there, and if any of them have "date changed" set to the time you extracted the textures?
Check the "...[pack number]\TSData\Res\3D" (or "Sims3D" for basegame) and "...[pack number]\TSData\Res\Objects" folders for each EP + the basegame
The Sims3D folder for basegame should contain 10 "Objects##" files and 13 "Sims##" files, plus one each of "CASFace", "LightRigs" and "Textures" files.
The "3D" folders should contain roughly the same number of "Objects##" files and "Sims##" files (occasionally fewer, depending on the size of the EP/SP and what it contains), plus "CarryForward.sgfiles" and "Textures".
The "Objects" folders should contain an "objects" file.
Ideally all should have the same date - Common ones are 2015 (UC), likely 2024 or 2025 (Legacy), 2010 and older (CDs).
Which version of the game do you have? With the UC and Legacy version tied to EA or Steam, you should be able to do "fix game" (it resets the install files, so back up anything you need, and be prepared to reinstall the CEP, light mods, and other things that usually go in the install folder. Best do a backup of your savegame folder too, to be on the safe side). If you have another version, it's likely possible to replace any missing/changed files manually (CDs or other versions)
