Well, the newest gay couple in Bluewater to be more precise!

Here they are at the Crypt O'Night Club deciding what to eat. Gilbert, it seems, has expensive tastes.


Clearly they are so much in love that they don't give a d**n what anybody else thinks!

I certainly didn't see this coming! Has anyone else had Malcolm and Gilbert paired up in their game?

Cherry Keller and Tyson Lam (now Keller) married fast, impulsively and without a single guest present.


But seeing them like this was a bitter sweat reminder of a much bigger wedding party. Cherry's sister Emily and Augustus Brown. I think this is their last picture together as well.

Frankie likes to wear his llama mask at all times, including when on a date and when he's not wearing the rest of his llama costume. Pinar has never seen his face, but that was no barrier to her falling in love with him.

Bob & Betty Newbie are probably my favorite couple in the series. They just seem like that quintessential couple that doesn't strive for much, just happy to deal with day-to-day life together. They're not flashy, but are well-rounded people that could probably carry interesting conversations if you had them over for dinner.

Also, my god do I have to admire the patience of those that made films with TS2 back in the day. Staging these shots was a pain.

On Friday, after a relaxed morning, Iain Wells asked Väinö Mikhailov on a date. Like most dwellers in Veronaville, Väinö and Iain sleep in their skimpy undies. They usually don't bother getting dressed until they're going out.


With most of the action coming from Iain, they chatted, joked, played, flirted and kissed for a couple of hours in the kitchen and living room. After a while they decided to go out. First they went to the Veronaville Mews Night Spot, in Veronaville's Via Commerciale. It was busy and crowded, but the atmosphere wasn't right for them, so they moved across the road to the much bigger Club Venezia.


Again it didn't feel right for them so they took a taxi downtown to Gaia, downtown Veronaville's famous LGBT club. As they arrived there they kissed. Gaia has a dress code of underwear!


They went up the stairs to the spacious restaurant, where they enjoyed a meal together.

In obedience to the picture forum rules, I'll spoiler the last two pictures:
It was a real dream date, finishing off with a romantic kiss beside their table. After having some fun in the hot tub and small swimming pool in the club's front garden, tastefully screened from view by a high hedge, they took a taxi home.

On arrival at their little cottage above Bluewater, they kissed again in the front garden before going inside. Having worn undies for most of the day, they have finally changed into their everyday clothes (which are almost as revealing as their undies!).

Since they've had their first kiss, and are in love with each other, I think we can now call Angela and Edward a couple.

Gibson Goth and Diane Pleasant -- the love that was not meant to be. Gibson has loved Diane all his life, but in the end, she could not leave her husband for him. Gibson has never unlocked his want to marry her.



Michael Bachelor and Dina Caliente -- somehow, they just fit. Everything about them being together is right (age difference aside).

I have so much CC in my game that my The Sims 2 folder probably is close to exploding. Also probably explains why my game takes what feels like 100 years to start up.

Of course, I realized when I saw Daniel Pleasant at the wedding talking to one of his cousins that this family is so intertangled. Gibson's first wife, an arranged marriage, was Sheri Pleasant, twin sister to Jeff, who was Diane's first husband. So all of Diane's and Gibson's original children are first cousins. Makes me glad that these two can't have children now.
