I haven't played Sims 4 (or any sims game) properly in, like, 3 years. This is my current gameplay's (potential legacy as I'm really enjoying this save) family photos so far:


My starting sim Chalice Cove (née Ivy), at the beginning of her polyamorous relationship with her two husbands, Raphael Cove and Cree Cove (né Loughty).


Unfortunately, Chalice died of laughter at Winterfest. I couldn't find her tombstone so I carried on with her husbands, Chalice and Raphael's son Leonardo, and Cree and Raphael's son Valentino. (I've actually had more game time with my founder's husbands than her.)


Cree and Raphael's accidental twins Mateo and Jago enter the picture. I also found the tombstone so Chalice is back too. However, the next Winterfest came around and her husbands also died of laughter.

Frankly, I fear the next Cove Winterfest. However, we're keeping it. It's not every day I get to raise my sim kids with a trio of ghostly parents!

The Cove family not only survived multiple Winterfests but also survived my computer hard drive blowing. Haven't been able to play much because of the hard drive, but here's what I've got:

The four sons are young adults now! My family picked who'd carry the torch, so I'm continuing with eldest Leonardo and youngest Jago.

But Valentino was the first to marry and pop out gen 3. He married his high school ex, Ronan Tabor, took on his name and had Bruno. They've divorced, re-married, and had another son named Hugo since.

Jago has an oops son named Nitro Elazar who was shoved on him when the mother found out he was not her husband's due to the red hair - which is granddad Cree's. He's also engaged but not exactly faithful. Leonardo's, uh, kinda seeing a single dad, I guess? (Named Ness Bancroft, the son is Jett.) It's complicated as they're ex-friends now enemies but also expecting because they ludicrously decided to try for a baby.

Mateo's married a childhood friend but has done nothing interesting. He's kinda the forgotten sibling by me. Sorry, Mateo!

The first gen of my kind-of-legacy with Vlad, his wife Dahlia, and daughter Grace. I'm actually very surprised that Vlad has been such a good dad!

Haven't played the Coves in a while!

Leonardo married Ness and they had Arturo, then had Drago. Jago bounced around romance-wise (including accidentally killing one fiancée via anger) but married Annabelle Woodstock. However, he died on their wedding day ...which was also Winterfest. Haaah, I should've known better. That's 4 deaths on Winterfest in the family, dang it! (This picture was taken the day before.)

Nitro and Arturo took over as heirs for gen 3.

Arturo has 2 affair daughters, the mothers of his girls being sisters. Zara Ogawa is the only one he knows exists. He then had another affair with then-married Koa Tremaine, who he married and has 3 sons with (Kaipo and not pictured twins named Keao and Kaleo). Nitro married vampire Kamaria Alnwrick and had 2 sons, Radon and Pluto, but that ended up in divorce. He's dating someone else rn.

(You may notice that Nitro's eyes changed. Idk why or when but my excuse for not noticing backstory is that because he is half-alien, he can change how his eyes look.)

Been a few years since I updated here. Lo and behold, I'm still playing the Coves, and the stupid amount of deaths continues, lmao.

Gen 4:

Rosário on the back of Josué with Camiño in front. His husband Kaipo (gen 4) holding Elíseo. Then there's Pluto (gen 4) holding his daughter Neso, and Grim Reaper with Bronco, Pluto's ex-husband's alien son, on his back.

Basically, Kaipo's dad, Arturo (who was gen 3) tried to seduce Kaipo's then-boyfriend now husband, and got cut off. Kaipo turned into a vampire to be with his celebrity husband, Josué. They had 3 kiddos - two girls, Camiño and Rosário, and a boy named Elíseo. Pluto, meanwhile, married Max - gen 2's stepson's son - and had a daughter with him, but divorced him and later married Grim who he had unpictured twin girls, Clotho and Themisto with.

Gen 5:

Vero, with Whiro's arm on her head. Dudley holding Dulído and Berillo, behind his husband Elíseo (gen 5) holding Borago. Their first kiddo Téo with Lilo, and second kiddo Aero with Cléo. Then behind them, Themisto (gen 5) and her husband Roscoe - Themisto being mother to Whiro and Vero.

Elíseo left the altar for his first love, his sister's "straight" baby daddy, Dudley. (He was a straight as a circle.). They married and had an army of kids, as Dudley had the fertile trait, and Elíseo got rid of his vampirism to die with him. Themisto had Whiro with distant cousin, Howie, who died of anger the day Whiro was born - Themisto breaking up bc he cheated. She later had science baby daughter, Vero, with a celebrity, and married twice (one husband dying in the military, the other divorcing her) but, ultimately, ended up with her fated mate, Roscoe - rebirthed Howie.

Gen 6 (and is my current gen!):

Mephisto being held by Whiro (gen 6), with then-husband Amos. In front are his two daughters Júlio and Vero II, Vero II holding Thales. There's also Lenore and Atticus next to them. Aero (gen 6) is holding Livio. Next to them is Crane, Aero's eldest, and Kéo, Elíseo and Dudley's last child, holding Alistair, Aero's ex-wife's affair kid he's raising.

Aero and Whiro took over (Whiro had to as Vero died of electrocution as a teen). Aero continued Dudley and Elíseo's army. Man refuses woohoo safely. He's got multiple baby mama/dads. But he recently robbed a single dad and married him, so he's having kids with 1 person now, lol. Whiro had 2 daughters, Vero II and Júlio, with his first husband (who catfished him originally) Jules, who died of electrocution before Júlio was born. He then married Amos and had Mephisto, but died of anger when Amos divorced him. Father like son, I guess, lmao.
