Default Reset apartment neighbors
I was wondering... If I were to move out all the families from an apartment and then move in a new family, would the NPC neighbors always be the same?
Is there a way to refresh them?
The only good moth is a dead moth ?

TBH, I'm not sure myself, but you could back up your neighborhood folder and test it out yourself. This way you can always revert back to the back up from before you moved out all your families.
