In my Mac Super Collection game, newly created adult Sims cannot get a job. They get a message that they cannot get a job until their grades improve, as if they were teens. Have reproduced this glitch in the same neighborhood and in a Maxis neighborhood. My best guess is either a corrupt game or CC causing this, but I don't use much career-related CC. Can anybody verify for me that they can create an adult Sim, plop them into a lot, and have them get a job in the Mac game? I have never tried this before, as I tend to start playing with a YA in University, not an adult.

Have you made sure it's not caused by a mod or mod conflict? It's easy enough to check - backup your game first, then move out CC and mods, and see if the issue goes away. If it does, you can 50/50 your CC to find what causes it.

Doesn't have to be a career-related mod, could for instance be one related to aging. Conflicts aren't always logical.

Do you have InTeen? It often causes these issues with adults being considered teens, especially for premades.
