I'm strictly a Lot maker and I've never interacted with the soccer goal in any way, but allowing them to play "all day long!" might be a bit much. Soccer is, after all, an extremely demanding sport - unlike basebol.

That's okay! But when the energy is so low it becomes a bit annoying to ruin a sims' sleep schedule but also a whole day. We all have our preferences, so you don't need this mod or you can otherwise tune it to your taste

Cool mod! Energy drop IS way too fast. Would you mind explaining the differences between each package, so i can choose the right one for my game?

Thanks for sharing!

No problem WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_NoFunMotiveFail fixes when a sim's Fun Need is too low (-80 and below) they won't interact further then a few seconds with the Soccer Net since their Fun Need is too low, but that doesn't make sense since it's a REALLY FUN object.
WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_BetterNeedsTuning is about so they won't get as tired as they did before. Almost 2 hours later and they quit since their energy dropped from full to really low (in the preview picture.) I explained down further in the description if one would like to tune the needs drop to your liking Plus they won't stop play if their Fun Need is full since before they would've stopped if their Fun Need was full, NOW they never stop unless you tell them to stop or if their Energy / Hunger Need(s) gets too low. Or in any other way that will get them interrupted to stop play.
WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_BetterTuning is both WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_BetterNeedsTuning and WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_NoFunMotiveFail in ONE Package file.
But only choose the seperate OR the both in one folders Package file(s) since you otherwise will end up with 2 of the same mods (duplicates.)

Hope you understand now Don't hesitate to ask again if there's something you didn't understand

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I appreciate you expanding on that explanation for me. Sounds like BetterTuning would be the best choice for me!
Also, thanks for the custom tuning instructions. If I want energy decay a little faster or a little slower, it'll be easy with your guide!

Great job, and thanks again!!

Thank you so much for this! It fixes the soccer annoyances I was suffering from

I have questions regarding the conflicts. Can both your mods be made compatible with Soccer Quit Fix by Cyjon (NoFunMotiveFail) and Slower Fitness Gain Version 2 by Simler90 (BetterNeeds)?

Here's the HCDU conflict report for the 3 conflicting resources:

CJ-SoccerQuitFix.package --> WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_NoFunMotiveFail.package
Play - Game - Alone
BHAV
Group 0x7FC80134
Instance 0x2033

CJ-SoccerQuitFix.package --> WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_NoFunMotiveFail.package
Play - Game - Together
BHAV
Group 0x7FC80134
Instance 0x202B

WolfTest_EP7SoccerNet_BetterNeeds.package --> Slower Fitness Gain - Version 2.package
tuning - play
BCON
Group 0x7FC80134
Instance 0x2002

Thank you so much!! :D

Hi there! 🀚😊 I will check into this, I would love to have an answer/result right away, but I currently feel stressed and it's late at the moment but I want to let you know I've seen you and i'm on it! 😊 I'm starting to wonder if I've had an oversight with the file (again lol) (EDIT: It's not, I was freaking out lol, Simler90 said that they tuned the soccer, so it's fine, ignore the rest) that this is a BCON that other objects uses? Since there's only 1 file in Simler90's mod [tuning - play] and this should affect other fitness activites too? I'm not sure yet, I tried to double check so there would be no conflict/global override with other functions, but I will check on it. I'll see about Cyjon's mod too! Just so you know, I will check into this matter and you are heard/read! ❀️ Thank you for your feedback! β€οΈπŸ˜„

I noticed a possible conflict with Cyjon's Exercise Tweaks. Is there a way to keep that mod with yours? Not sure what to do with this.

I looked into Cyjon's mod page about it, you should either:
1. Make sure my file reads FIRST before Cyjon's file.
2. Don't use my BETTER NEEDS file, but can still use my NoFunMotiveFail file.
3. Tune either Cyjon's or my files Behavior Constant (If you know how SimPE works, this is easy to tune.) I've explained in the description below what some things means, but it looks like Cyjon have tuned something more then what I knew, but that might've also been connected to the Behavior Function they tuned.

These are a few options you can do

It’s hilarious how a simple game tweak like fixing the soccer net in The Sims can remind you how much logic rules both virtual and real sports. Tinkering with those digital match settings actually got me craving some real-world action, so I started looking for ways to smarter analyze actual games. That’s when I submersed myself into Fotballtipshub.com to access their incredibly detailed match previews and expert statistical breakdowns before placing any weekend wagers. Relying on their massive database and form trends completely changed how I read the game and definitely leveled up my predictability strategy.
