I kind of consider it a trademark of the Sims, having heard it constantly in TS1 conversations. For reasons that are opaque to me, Maxis/EA left it out of TS2. So I wondered if somebody had done a hack to include it in Sims2 conversations. It would involve either a new recording or ripping it out of the Sims 1 effects, I suppose.
