This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Household Stuck on Owned Lot
Not sure how I messed up the game to trigger it, but upon moving Sims around the neighborhood and killing them of, I believe one of them was visiting their ex-owned lot before it got transfered to their relative of a different household. Now, whether I visit the household that has it owned (I wouldn't care if they lose it, since I want to play them to sell and own another one), the issue I'm am encountering is that:

Entering the household (SIngle Sim) from one certain apartment leads me to Owned Business Lot where Live Mode is greyed out?

Is there a way to make that household somewhat unstuck in the owned unplayable lot or very least resume so I can enter live mode in the business lot (so I can leave and sell it?)

P.S. From one thread, somebody recommended to install Pescado Magic Wand, but I'm clueless where to look for it, as searced up all the buy menu catalog for it.

P.S. Sorry for my bad english.

If you didn't save the lot, you can just exit and return to the home lot, and the sim will return there.

Unfortunately, I had when I realize when it had started :/ What's funny, I can't kill the owner however I tried. Changing the zoning of the lot between residential and community doesn't resolve the issue.

Then you can just summon them to another lot with a teleporter and move them in there.

Honestly, I tried that (with appello simae spell). But the game (I believe) considers that they should be at the owned business, therefore. so to ask them to move in doesn’t appear in the pie menu and (when making them selectable with TCE cheat) ,finding own place through newspaper still thinks there’s only one teanant Sim on the lot (that is not them, so exiting the lot it unselects the Sim from the household (as they’re technically not resided Sim); the Move into Bin doesn’t work because of the whole greyed out “Sim is at their Business” thing).

All in qll, the Sim is stuck in limbo. I can’t play his household, but I can invite/summon him. From there, he cannot be killed (though he was zombie, but even after cured he can’t die), move in, out, nor sell their business. Ironically, in his sister household, that lives in the same apartment building, when I added him to her - I sold the business only through HER ACTIONS. But like the community lot is still stuck (probz because my dumb brain thought deleting a Sim there through MOO is what made the problem more irreversible)

Just use a teleporter, like I said earlier. Obviously the regular in game options won't work.

If you already use Insimenator or SimBlender, those have options for teleporting and for moving in sims (when there's already a sim living there).

I mostly use Insimenator, it has "Spawn --> Family Tree" (or alternatively select the Insim object that looks like the bonzai tree if you use the OBJ version) which has an "Add X to family tree" option. Spawn in the sim first (preferably when the game is paused so they don't get other ideas such as walking off the lot), then "add X to family tree". It works for any age, and it also works if the sim is unselectable (can be done via a different sim, the target sim doesn't have to be selectable).

SimBlender and the other teleporter teleport options have variations of this.

When I had a single sim get stuck this way, I moved him in SimPE. The lot instance is in the FAMI. You can try moving him home or just to the bin there.

Got back to Simming. The insimenator family tree bonsai tree doesn't even drop me the option to "Spawn'. Will try out installing Simblender though and see if I can add him through it.

ETA: Simblender solved it with teleport option and moving in. All that's left is to the fix a issue, where the owned community lot cannot be visited by anyone.

The "Spawn" options are in the cardboard box item, I think it's called "the summoner". Can't remember if it's somewhere on the machine object too. Use the "summoner" to summon in the sim, and then add them via the Family Tree object.

(The objects are in the buy menu, though I mostly use the *click ground*-> spawn [item] option, which is available with the Sim + Dest versions. The OBJ version only has the objects without additional pie menu options for sims and/or when you click on the ground)

Cyjon has a mod called Lot Unsticker on his website at cyjon.net. You'll get a "this site is not secure" because his site is still http://, not https://, but you can disregard that warning. I don't know if his mod will fix your issue though. You could also try selling the lot and rebuying it, and familyfunds the difference to your sim.
