Default Boblishman's wall clock "for school/office" doesn't show up on comm lots
I remember having this issue a long time ago, and "solving the problem" via an emergency zoning variation (not advisable in hindsight). Said clocks, which show up in the catalog on residential lots, are not present on community lots, although, due to my switching zoning back and forth, there were some leftovers on my old lots (they couldn't be selected with the eyedropper tool). Anyhow, that's the problem, and I don't know if it's something I'm missing, or what. From the description on the download page, it would appear to be a brand new mesh, not based on any older ones, with its own unique GUID. I'm aware that some items were only designed to appear in either residential or community catalogs, not both... but this one really should be available in community lots, as it's described as an "office/school" clock.

Will upload pics in a sec.

Apologies; I meant to show the clock's position in the catalog in the first shot (residential), rather than the recolors, but as you can see in the second(community), it's not there... there are three rows of Misc. Electronics items on resi lots, but only two on comm lots.

kind of weird that Bobl hadn't done this for the item, since they wrote a tutorial on this exact thing.
Oh, well...

A lot of recategorizing and such involves changing a few numbers, values or tick boxes with SimPE (depends what it is, as not everything will work)

(The clock below is now categorized as "misc", or "128" for community sort - should show for both res/comm lots)
