Yep, I need to have the BB objects in my game mods to. They disappeared while I was in EIG. Oh well, they are still cool.


any chance you could help me with getting the sea walls to show up in CAW? Would appreciate that actually SO MUCH ! ))))))

Hi, Thanks for the great mod. I installed the food truck and food truck parking space together but only can the food truck in buydebug, mic objects.

Hello, This may have been covered in an earlier reply, and I probably missed something with cloning; but I don't have Riverview downloaded from the launcher, my game could not handle installing sims3packs, so I think this is causing none of the objects to appear in CAW. Does anyone know to enable the Riverview stuff to show up in CAW? Is there something I can change with s3pe? Sorry if commenting this seems lazy but I've had an annoying day with college stuff.

Hi @mossslug you need to have Riverview installed to your Sims 3 game for these files to show in CAW.

It doesn't have to be via Launcher; there are lots of ways to install Sims 3 CC without Launcher. But all of the assets for Riverview need to be read by the game, and they must not be 'decrapified'.

Hello! I figured it out! For whatever reason, the objects from riverview were not showing up under their names and instead under a bunch of letters and numbers, I'm sure there is a proper name and explanation for why this happened, but I am just excited that I can get these into my world!

@simmerit It sounds like Riverview isn't installed correctly, try redownloading it and uninstalling the old copy before installing the new one. The bridges need the text information from the Riverview core files.

Yes i uninstalled it in launcher, deleted the downloaded file, redownloaded and installed it again but no good

Not sure what to suggest, does Riverview work okay in-game (do all of the sims have the right names, and the objects have the correct descriptions)?

Yes, i loaded riverview and everything is okay, with correct names and descriptions. I then tried reinstalling caw, generated a new sims 3 folder and reinstalled the world but still...

Check that you have the items installed to your CAW framework correctly.

I've checked carefully. I edited the resource file arcordingly, created a Packages folder and drop your bridge file in. Both my game (base game only) and caw (1.69 beta from official site) are installed in English. I have no idea what's wrong

Just to check, you mentioned before that the bridges show up as numbers? And then you mention that they don't show up in Riverview. How are you opening Riverview in CAW (are you using my method to open it) or have you downloaded a version from somewhere to use in CAW? And do the bridges actually show up okay in CAW (even if they are shown as numbers instead of as the correct name).
Is your copy of Riverview downloaded from the Sims 3 Store? Did you decrapify it at all?

I downloaded the .world file here https://cawster.wordpress.com/2013/04/04/riverview/ the bridges dont show up.
When i create a new world and look for the bridges in metadata, they show up as numbers.
My copy of riverview was downloaded from sims 3 store and installed from the game launcher, no decrapify.

I haven't tested that version to know what they did to create it, but there is a note: "*In Riverview, Barnacle Bay, Hidden Springs, & Lunar Lakes some of the world specific objects, like the Distant Terrain, do not show up after the first save." Not sure why that would be, perhaps you would be better off opening your original Riverview world in CAW using the methods here.

I'm not sure what is going wrong, it seems that something isn't quite right with your Riverview install and/or the way you have CAW set up, but as long as things are actually showing in CAW then you might be able to work around them.
