The story starts with a Guest house in Pleasantview. Richard and his friends; Edmund, George,Steve,Mark from Veronaville came to the Pleasantville to spend the holidays. Richard was young, well built body and a good looking charmer.
Richard has long planned this holiday visit with his friends.
It was about 11 pm when richard along with his friends arrived in Pleasantview. It seemed quiet, just the street lights glowing and some noises of dogs barking. As they were walking aroundn the street, they found a guest house.
Richard; Thank God, atleast a place to spend the night.

They entered the building, there were no sims inside the building but the lights were still on. Richard thought that the owner must have gone some where else, or why should have they kept the lights on. His friends accpeted the term and thought they should wait for the owner. Time passed by but no one seems to turn up. One of richards friend, Edmund, thought he would check if some one is still in the building.
After a while Edmund returned and he answered that he could not find anyone. He also added they there were no visitors or sims other then themselves. Edmund thought its not good to just barge into someones property and spend the night without permission, but Richard told that they dont have any other place and its already past midnight and its just a matter of few hours. Edmund and others hence agreed to Richards idea of staying the night in the guest house.


It was around 3 am in the morning Steve woke up and hasstled to go to the bathroom. He turned on the lights and start miving toward the door, he suddendly found that Richard was missing from the room; thus all of them were residing in the same room. Steve woke everyone up, and asked where is Richard? Everyone called his name but Richard didn't reply. They thought something unusual is cooking or Richard is playing prank with them.
Edmund shouted " I'm gonna kill you Richard, If I find that you are playing pranks. Turn up now or I will bust you up!!" Even then Richard didn't reply. Now Edmund and other were furious with Richard's missing act. They thought they should split out and search for him. Every one agreed and went to search Richard.


Everyone looked for Richard inside the whole building but no one knew were actually Richard has gone. After a while Mark started calling everyone up to come to the balcony area. Everyone rushed towards the balcony and asked Mark "What's The matter?"
Mark replied " look towrds the garden". Everyone turned their eyes towards the garden and found out Richard was having a nice chat with a women.

Everyone stood confused where did that girl come from, since Edmund had searched the whole building and found no one instead. Richard didn't even nothiced that his friends were stalking at him.
Mark- " Who is that girl and why is he talking with Richard like she knows him from a very long time back? "
Edmund replied- " I am amazed too mate, we have been friends for, say, uhh, 15 years, but Richard never mentioned knowing a girl here in Pleasantview. "
Mark- " Richard is hiding something very important with us! "
Edmund- I can see that mate! But why is he doing this now? can't he wait for the morning, when atleast seeing someone seems quite official, and why is he hiding that fact with us? We wouldnt mind our friend dating a girl! ehh, or do we mate? "
Everyone replied- "No, why would we?"
Edmund told others- " let that young lover have his night with his love, maybe. Lets go get some sleep, we'll talk this matter out tomorrow morning." " Lets not disturb them ehh mate, move on." Edmund added.



Everyone went to their room leaving Richard and the girl in the garden.

The very morning, Edmund and others woke up and again didn't find Richard in the room. After a few moments, Richard came with an old man to room.
Edmund asked Richard- ' What's wrong with you mate? where have you been gone all night? We were worried mate? We need some explanations. "
Richard- " Dont worry Edmund, we'll talk that matter afterwards, but first meet Mr. Longbottom, he is a caretaker of the guesthouse."



Everyone greeted Mr. Longbottom. Richard told his friends that according to the information given by Mr. Longbottom, this guesthouse has been closed for several years from now, but Richard told him about their struggles over finding a place to spend the night and Mr. Longbottom had even offered them to stay at the guesthouse as long as they like.
Mark- " oh! Thank you Mr. Longbottom, What could we share with you for your hospitality?"
Mr. Longbottom added- " There's no need of thanks son, since we dont have much visitors here, your company would brighten our time as long as you stay here."
After that Mr. Longbottom escorted everyone for the breakfast in a nearby restuarant, since Mr. Longbottom lived alone in a small quarter and didn't have enough resources to feed everyone.
Then again Edmund was much curios about Richards activity last night. He again inquired to Richard.
"hey mate, won't you tell about what happen last night? What were you doin in the garden with that girl? By the way who is she? "
Richard- " It's a long story my friend, It all started when I visted last here in Pleasantview 3 years back! But I'll explain that in details after I complete one important job here. "
Edmund- " Are we here to complete your job or for a vacation mate?"
Richard replies with a smile- " Vacation dude Vacation, but that important job just came out last night, it is related with last night's incident, Dont' worry my friend I will explain everything to you and others."



Mean while they started moving towards the town and Mark started taking Photographs.
After a while they arrived in front of an old cottage,


Richard asked his friends to wait for him outside for a while. Richard went inside the house smiling toward s his friends, and Edmund asked him to make it quick because they have lot to do for the day.


Edmund and others were still having chat about the last night's incident. Edmund told others that Richard has promised him that he will explain everything after he does his job complete.
After approximately 15 minutes Richard came out of the house, He seemed lost and souless, like a grim reaper has come to him and told him He is going to die in next 1o minutes.
Edmund ran towards Richard and hold him and asked- " What's the matter with you? What happened in there? Why do you look like this?"
Richard didn't replied but slowly lost his senses in Edmund's arms...
